Cannot start Resolve 15

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|OpenCL.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.
I have chased this up on the internet and followed instructions to scan, clean the registry, uninstalling Visual C++ components, reinstalling, etc. nothing is working (so far). Can anyone help please?
HEY! I FIXED THIS. I HAD TO REMOVE BOTH THE EXISTING OPENCL.DLL FILES AND THEN REINSTALL RESOLVE.
