Hi, just tried it today.

15.1, database on server, media on Xsan. Clip set to clip-metadata, changed iso to 1600, hitting the update sidecar, and my computer goes complete black, and restarts....

Scary.

I'm on mac 10.13.6.

Indeed it has something to do with the Xsan. Copied the files to local desktop. And here all works well.

Some problem writing to the sidecar file on a Xsan.

Also, I'm not quite sure that the logs are right.... as when doing it on Xsan, and hitting the Update button, my mac goes black, nothing happens, and I have to force quit it by holding the power button, until it turns off.

Hope this helps.
