15.1 wont load in windows

its seems capturelog is not working for me.

Just to test something. Uninstall > Download 15.0.1 version and try it.
If it's not working, try capture logs again

Tried that but no luck, welcome scree appears and i noticed in task manager that resolve.exe shows up with welcome screen, but as soon as you skip the welcome screen, Resolve exe suspends itself and then nothing happens.
I've also noticed that when installing Davinci resolve it says that Fairlight audio accelerator is install, but its not.
and capture logs is still not working.

i have set up a new user account, but devinci still does not load, however i can make a capturelog file

Go into Windows System Information, and do a File - Save and provide a link to the .NFO file.

On Linux you'll still get:

Issues with Phenom II CPUs seem to be fixed in version 15.2.3
Basic tests show no more crash for me so far.
