Project Settings:
Timeline Frame Rate
[] Use drop frame timecode.
This cannot be changed once a project timeline settings have locked with the import of media and creation of a timeline.
Drop Frame timecode is displayed as HR:Mn:Sc;Fr and is generally only valid for 29.97 interlaced timelines and the industry flag to indicate DF in a display is the semicolon between the seconds and frames.
Generally there is no .1 or .0 appended after the frames to indicate field 1 and field 2 in current usage as most displays would not be able to accommodate the extra characters. And because the use of progressive is so widespread now, hardly anyone would know what to do with it. Computer codecs and processing software programs are also notoriously bad with field dominance to start with, since this is a time-domain that was the first priority in the days of longitudinal videotape recording.
