Importing different XMLs to one Resolve project.

PostSun Sep 16, 2018 9:41 am

Friends,
I was trying to import 5-6 xmls to a single resolve project. But it won't let me do this giving error the frame rate is different than of the project. Is there any solution? these xmls have 2-3 cameras with mixed frame rate clips 50 & 100 fps. What should I do. These xml were created from premiere pro. TIA

You can't. One project = one frame rate.
But if the frame rates are identical, you can import them as several timelines and work nicely with the new parallel timelines feature.
Sorry, but working in Resolve needs some planning of your workflow. And then, what do you want to achieve? You can only output one frame rate anyway. Are the 100 fps clips meant for slo-mo?
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
