Where Is Stills Duration Adjustment in Resolve 15???

I want to adjust the duration of my jpg stills but I can't find the place to adjust it anymore. I've searched through the preferences and can't find it there, and can't figure out how to do it in clip attributes.

Resolve 15.0.0.086

Win 10 64bit

I originally couldn't find the preferences menu, but now I see it under the DaVinci Resolve menu in the upper left-hand corner.
