Cannot open/run DaVinci Resolve

Hi. Dell Inspiron 530s, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400@3 Ghz, 4Gb Ram, AMD Radeon HD 6670, Win 7 Pro SP1 64 bit OS. Is my PC powerful enough to run DaVinci Resolve? I'm not worried about speed of operation.TIA, J

Hi.
DaVinci Resolve require Windows 10 and your hardware is far below recommendation. Suggest you read the DaVinci Resolve 15 Configuration Guide:
