Color Space output at Render.

My current Resolve system looks great in the Rec 709 Gamma 2.4. with my calibrated HD monitor connected by a Ultrastudio mini monitor. I work with this gamma setting output. Much of what I deliver is web video. To have a better final delivery I have been changing the color management to video out Rec 709 gamma 2.2 during render.

I understand two ways to do this;
In project Color Management change the DaVinci YRGB Color to “Managed” then change the output color space to the Rec 709 gamma 2.2 .

or in the Color tab in the full timeline option add a Color Space Transform node and change the color space to Rec 709 gamma 2.2

Here is my ask. Is there a way to change color space gamma to 2.2 in the render output only leaving my system output at 2.4 gamma and by doing that not effect my monitor settings and look.

Thanks,
Jim

Unless there is something new in V15, no you can not.

I would love if BMD would decouple output color space and viewing color space from what is now called "Output Color Space."

Further, I'd love the output color space settings to exist in the context of the individual timeline, not the project.

Thanks... being an Artist this technical setting is problematic for me to keep track of... but I will.

+1 on explicit color transform option in output.
