Optimised files and render/cache on different drives

Hi all,

is there any way I can store optimised media on a different drive to cache/render files?
I am looking to store optimised files on 2 x ssd drives raid 0 and thinking it might improve performance if render/cache files are stored on really fast NVMe SSD (minimal space though).
Just a thought.

Get optane or Samsung 970 pro 1 TB each(because of the higher Terra Bytes Written and overprovision those samsungs 20% so you have a formated space of around 1.6 TB).
