Rendering produces audio glitches

Hello, I have a three minute timeline with many effects and audio across 12 tracks. There is one spot on the timeline where two audio glitches happen when I render the whole timeline. If I render just that section then it is fine. Has this happened to anyone else? It doesn't seem to matter what codec I am rendering to.
