Fusion Tracker with corner position doesnt work

when trying to do a corner positioning with the normal tracker in the fusion tab an odd thing happens. The image for the corner pin will be positioned as expected. But as soon as I go backto the editing tab, the clip will just show the original, without the superimposed corner pin.
This makes the tracker (with corner pin) completely useless. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
Anybody else having this issue?
