Project not appearing in Databse

I was working in Resolve 15 today and my iMac crashed. I went to load up the project and continue working but the project is no longer there inside my database? I went to the database location on the Mac and I can see the 'project.db' file there. I've tried manually creating new folders and dragging the .db file along with the batch renders folder into the new folder but it still won't recognise the project.
Anybody able to help? I really hope I haven't lost all my work...
