Crash when trying to Archive

I am trying to store my project files with media on an external hard drive. On the Project Window, I right click the project, left click Archive, and Resolve Quits. I am unable to attach link, but if you type Resolve Crash Final Archive Quit Need Help into Youtube search bar, you can see short video of the problem I am having.
