"Replace Selected Clip..." won't include audio

So, I've got a few .mp4 clips in my project that I want to replace with .xmf or .mov files. The original clips had the incorrect audio clip (in-camera mic instead of the lav).
In the Media Manager, I right click on one of the clips and choose "Replace Selected Clip..." and the video will update, but I will loose the audio.
I know both the .xmf and .mov files can work, because when I drag then into the project, I can hear the audio. The original .mp4 files that I am trying to replace have 1 Stereo track, as does the .mov version while the .xmf has 8.
Any ideas?
