DONGLE!

OK, I shot some footage with my BMCC a few weeks ago. I also purchased a computer which will support DaVinci Resolve v15. It has the requisite memory, processor speed, hard drive, and GPU. I downloaded v15 last night. NOW IT SAYS I HAVE TO HAVE A FRIGGEN DONGLE WHICH CONTAINS A CODE OR I'M SOL! I have to pay between $200.00 - $300.00 for a dongle. Seriously. Anyone want to buy a mint BMCC?

you need to download davinci resolve, not davinci resolve studio.

The dongle for the Studio version comes with the camera...

I believe he bought a used BMCC, no dongle included. But yes, the answer is to download the free version, not the Studio version.
