Hi,
How are you?
I'm working with Resolve 15.0.0.088 on Windows 10.
When I'm actively working on a project with the app, it rarely crashes (just sometimes under heavy load).
The problem shows in the following situation… I usually leave the application open and block the computer for a while; when I come back to continue working, the following happens in a random fashion (sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't) :
The Resolve application windows is closed, but the process is still alive in the Windows process manager, it is consuming 0% cpu and around 1Gb of RAM or less. I can't open Resolve again because when I do so it takes me to the existing process that is "asleep" and nothing happens. (so to reopen the app I first have to kill the existing process)
I can't reproduce the problem at will, and as it happens many times a day, it is a bit uncomfortable, and although I save frequently and I have the auto save enabled, there is certain risk of loosing some work.
The whole thing is completely silent; there are no crash windows, messages, or any other indicator of a problem. The application window is not there anymore, and that's it.
I would really appreciate any help on troubleshooting this issue.
As I haven't been able to establish any pattern of actions that leads to the problem, except the one I have already described, I don't know what other information to provide to better describe the issue, but I will be willing to do so if someone guides me.
Thank you very much !!
Regards !
Ricardo
