Horizontal Banding in Editor Previews and Renders

I am new to Davinci Resolve. When I import my videos to the media pool they all appear with multi color single pixel bands running though them. I have tried a few different formats and they all seems to get this problem.
When there is no media the empty preview screen has these lines across what should be black/empty space. They do not appear in any other part of the GUI except where the videos are being previewed.
This looks to be an Invidia Driver issue but I can not be sure. Still debugging.....
Running two GTX980ti in SLI (tested with it disabled as well)
Dual CPU 16 Core total
128 Gigs DDR4
Windows 10
