Resolve 15 exports with only noise as audio (issue)

I'm having an issue with exporting video in Resolve 15 and I haven't seen a post about a similar problem yet.
I recently upgraded from 12 to 15 (the free version) and now I can't export videos properly anymore.
Depending on which audio codec I select this happens:
Linear PCM: The video gets exported with only noise as audio.
AAC: The audio of the video starts of fine but then begins to stutter and sound kinda robotic.
Inside the program everything works absolutely fine, and I never had this kind of issue with the older Resolve version.
I have tried changing pretty much every setting in the program, changing Formats, Codecs, EVERYTHING. (Including uninstalling/reinstalling)
I hope someone can help me, I'm a little desperate
I'm on Win7 (64bit) with an i7 and 16GB RAM.
