Hi,
I just discovered that after updating to Davinci15 on my older projects, created with Davinci12.5, all my clips in the timeline have turned black. All the clips are from a BMCC, 2.5k cDng files.
It seems to be related to the camera raw settings in the clip (and project). The clips are all set to ColorSpace: Blackmagic Design Gamma: Blackmagic Film. ISO is blanked out as if it's not readable, and I can't change it. If I switch the colorspace to rec709 I get a picture, albeit it looks wrong as the clips had been graded with the blackmagicfilm look.
If I replace a clip (right-click in the media library: replace selected clip) the clip works again under the Blackmagic Desing colorspace. Unfortunately I loose any stabilization and it seems the in/out points of my edit gets messed up.
Any idea how to fix this without re-doing everything? This project was working perfectly fine in Davinci 14, as well as Davinci 15 beta6 (might have been beta8, I don't know anymore)
My system, in case that is of importance:
Windows10
Threadripper 1950x
64GB ram
1x Nvidia GTX1080Ti
1x Nvidia Titan
Davinci Resolve 15.1.105
Thanks
Nihal
