Canon XC-10 - Video Off Line question

I just updated to the latest Resolve version - Still the same issue - All the HD file say "media offline"
The software will read the 4K files and edit as it should but not the HD files.
Camera - Canon XC-10 with latest firmware update
HD Files are
Resolution - 1920 x 1080
Frame Rate -59.940 DF
Pixels - Square
Codec - Canon XF-AVC
Any problems there so?
The files will open Premiere, Vegas - and one other - I want to use Resolve -
I did note that my external SDXC card reader is a USB 2.0 and have ordered a better 3.0 in case speed is an issue. But the 2.0 worked on the other programs fine.
Any suggestions?
