Audio is not available after updating DR 15

I was working on a project and everything was fine but as soon as I updated to latest DR version the audio stopped working. Currently, I am on DR 15.1.1.005, which I think is the latest update.

I have audio in the project but I can't listen to anything in my headphones. Although, if I play any video otherwise then the audio is there on my PC (so it's not a PC or driver problem).
I also checked the mixer tab and no audio levels are showing there. Can someone tell what's the issue here?

I am on latest version of Windows 10 (version 1809).

Navigate to Resolve's Preferences > System > Video and Audio I/O > Speaker Setup.

Toggle between Speaker Configuration > "Manual" and "Use System Setting" and back to "Manual".
