BUG : Wipe limited by left viewer border.

Wierd bug, not sure if new or i just noticed but may be a quick and easy fix.
It is at least still apparent in latest 15.1.1 release.
If i use the mouse to drag a wipe across the viewer area, the moment i exit the left side of the viewer , the wipe stops.
This does not happen on right/bottom/top side where the wipe continues so you can complete a full or wraparound wipe with a single move or limited to when mouse hits screen borders.
To be able to do that to the left , you have to repeatedly reposition the mouse and regrab the wipe .
It happens when ANY panel is open to the left side of the viewer so not specific to a specific panel that is being entered by the mouse.

Also , the movement of the wipe (horizontal or vertical) is lagging the mouse so not locked to it (not a bug but would make more sense if was locked to the wipe position ). Hence the mouse leaving the viewer area.

Some more info after some testing
Behaviour is different in different resolutions.
- In non HDPI resolutions (mac non pixel doubling and non retina systems/screens) , the movement of the wipe is nicely locked to the actual position of the wipe. But it is now limited by the edges of the viewer on ALL sides of the viewer in this setup.
- In HDPI (mac pixel doubling / retina ) resolutions , scaled and non scaled from native, the wipe position is trailing the actual wipe position and is limited only by the LEFT side of the viewer window (and screen borders). Right (and bottom / top in vertical wipe) side allows wipe to continue.
