DaVinci Timeline on Blackmagic eGPU

PostFri Oct 05, 2018 7:35 am

Is there a way to display the content of viewers only on a thunderbolt monitor connected to the Blackmagic eGPU? This seems like it should be a selectable layout.

As I interpret the manual, no. The eGPU is for signal processing, not monitoring.

You still need a BMD video adapter to get a hero display. You could always run 2 GUI displays from the computer if you want to see that, like using a Thunderbolt -> HDMI adapter.
