Can I use Resolve to move a project from FCPX to Premiere?

I am curious if Davinci Resolve makes the following possible. I edit a project in FCPX then send the XML to Davinci Resolve and then from there export an XML to Premiere Pro for another editor to work on it in Premiere Pro and then round trip it back to me the same way so I can end up with it back in FCPX to finish it up. Is this possible?
