Resolve Doesn't Open

I updated Resolve to the 15.1.1.5 version a few days ago, but I have a major issue. The program won't open. It will get listed in task manager under background proccesses, but no actual window comes up. I've tried opening a file with Resolve, and uninstalling, neither of which worked. OS is Windows 10 Home 64 bit, version 1803 build 17134.285, and I'm using an nvidia gpu with the 416.16 driver
