BUG: Replace edit into clip with speed effect produces wrong

When I go to do a replace edit into a clip with a speed effect (or mixed rate footage) the playhead position in the source window does not match the playhead position in the edit timeline. I am guessing that it is trying to take into account the speed change on the edit but I don't believe that that should be the intended behavior.
