Resolve Resolve v15.1.2.008 crashes when apply LUTs

I have been using Resolve 15 without any issue, my Windows machine updated and all of sudden I can't apply any LUTs to my colour grading. I have uninstalled and re-installed, I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
