I know it is a lot of space, but did you try to render a dpx sequence?

Thank you Walter.

DPX rendering is working fine but i need to master it in h.265 hdr with max. 100Mbit/s.

Well, then render it in whatever high-quality format ffmpeg will accept and encode it there.
Only ffmpeg will give you correct HDR flagging anyway, see:

Well, I think error that occurred is all about gpu memory capacity.

I was used 4xTitan Xp, when I make 8K timeline and insert 8K RED footages,
Resolve consumes about 7~11GB gpu memories each.
With some of nodes, It take more and I got that error message.

So that's because I'm using 2xTitan RTX..
8K RED on resolve, now consumes 14GB each and there is no error about gpu memory capacity.

And one more thing,
Because resolve uses NVIDIA's Hardware HEVC Codec(NVENC), -I'm not sure about- That might be consumes some of GPU memories when rendering. And NVENC focused on real-time encoding, so cannot expect better quality than software based encoding, like x265.
