jumping to and removing in and out points

Hi.

Can anyone tell me the key strokes that let you jump to, or between, the "in" or "out" points in the Viewer?

Also, can anyone tell me the keystrokes for deleting them?

Alt+x clears the In and Out points.

I think option-I removes the In, option-X removes the Out. Been awhile. I usually just use Option-X.

Option-O removes the Out. Option-X removes both.

Shift I to jump to In. Shift O to jump to Out.
