When you're using Resolve Color Management, the "input color space" field tells Resolve that every video clip you import into the media pool should default to the color space which you define in the dropdown. Text and other generators are not video clips imported into the media pool, and don't get assigned the color space you might expect (hence the mismatch). A way to fix this is to turn the text object into a compound clip, then use a color space transform node to assign the correct color space. There's a helpful video on MixingLight.com where Patrick Inhofer explains the scenario using a greyscale ramp and color bars. You might need to sign up for a free trial of Mixing Light to watch it, though.
