DaVinci Resolve could not find any OpenCL capable GPUs

I have been using Resolve 16 for awhile now, while seeing the occasional bug others report etc. it seemed to work ok.
After experiencing Windows 10 Pro not getting latest updates, I finally just wiped my C drive and did a fresh install to get it up to date, then reinstalled programs, Resolve 16 being one of the first.
Now when I open Resolve I am getting this error. My graphics card is an AMD RX480 8GB, and was working fine before. However I did install the latest drivers for it after the windows reinstall, the driver version reports it as 26.20.11015.1003 in speccy.
Should I try and reinstall older GPU driver? On AMD site there is only new versions available, but I am sure older ones can be found.
I did notice that when installing DaVinci 16 this time a message popped up that my graphics card was okay for basic colour grading etc, but not advanced colour grading, however this message did not show up when I installed 16 over 15 before I did windows reinstall.
Any ideas how to get around this error so I can get back to video editing?
