Failed to initialize DeckLink card

Hi

I'm trying out Davinci Resolve Lite, but get this message when trying to launch

Failed to initialize DeckLink card - Please instal DeckLink card/drivers and restart Resolve.

I have a Macbook Pro Retina with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.

If you don't have a BMD Thunderbolt video I/O device connected to your rMBP, then it would seem like you've copied over Resolve files from a system that did, and it's looking for a BMD video I/O device.

At any rate, to make the messages go away, go into DaVinci Resolve Preferences and verify None is selected as the Video I/O Device, then save the preferences. Then exit and restart Resolve. The messages should be gone.
