Windows 10 blue screen when loading Resolve

I'm using Davinci Resolve for about a year now and I'm loving it! Since I've moved to 4k recordings I thought it was time to get a new computer, one that I could call 'my beast'. So I did! Those are my specs:

- Intel Core i7 9700K (not overclocked)
- Nvidia Geforce 2080 8GB
- 32GB Ram DDR4 2400GHz
- 1TB Samsung SSD Evo 970
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M-D3H
- Windows 10 Pro

My heart skipped a beat when I got the blue screen of death on my brand new machine!! Seems that I'm not able to load Davinci Resolve. I tried the 16 beta 3 and the 15 version, but they both have the same problem. Or the whole PC freezes or the blue screen pops up with either the error "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" or "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION". I've updated all my drivers as well as the windows update. I tried installing it on my SSD and my second (normal) HDD but none with luck.

In other programs or games the problem doesn't seem to appear (I'm currently checking with Adobe Premiere if it happens there as well).

Anybody that can help me with a fix please?

So a small update. I just tried Premiere Pro CC 2019 and there I can work normally, have my gradings, rendering and exporting in 4K. I also tried using only 1 bar of RAM memory because many think that might be the issue, I also tried mounting my GPU in another slot, but I still keep having the blue screen on Davinci Resolve.

I also tried installing is on my SSD and from my regular HDD but that didn't change anything. Lastly, for what it's worth, I did a benchmark of my GPU to see if it's performing well, but it has good results.

I really don't want to go back to Premiere, guys! Any help?

in general, blue screens are a sign of hardware/driver failure rather than software.

what other cards are installed (eg. decklink). what other drives are installed?

"MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" i've experienced with bad intel drivers.

Strange that it only occurs with resolve and no other programs.

There are no other cards installed, and all the drivers are the latest ones.. should it try older ones?

did you ever figure out a solution or fix to this.
it looks as though im having the exact same problem, New upgraded pc build and everything works fine until about 5-10 minutes after on resolve i get blue screen of death just like you, if you found a solution please let me know because it is driving me crazy.
