Change of operating system

Hi Guys,
I'm currently working on a windows machine. Next month my iMac will arrive.
How can I make sure that I can work on my resolve Projects on the new iMac? Just copying the resolve Projects Backup Folder?
Currently they're on my windows machine which Will be sold later on.

I can import projects just fine between Mac and PC.

Just like on a single system, by exporting and importing the project.
There is a section in the manual about saving, archiving or exchanging projects
