How to change projects from free to studio

I just purchased and received the licens code for DVR-studio :D . I have a couple of projects created on the free version. How do I actually make the switch? Do I de-install the free version first and then install studio or do I just install studio? After installing - are my projects still there or do I have to move them somehow? Did not find anything covering this topic.

How can I upgrade from DaVinci Resolve to DaVinci Resolve Studio?
Once you have your activation license or USB dongle, make a backup of all your current Resolve projects and files.

Download the latest version of DaVinci Resolve Studio from our website and follow the instructions in the manual to uninstall the free version of Resolve, and install the Resolve Studio software.

We highly recommend you back up your project database and export any active projects. Details to do this are in the manual. All your projects and files should automatically be brought over from anything you were working on in the free version but a back up is a prudent step before upgrading.

In my case, I purchased and downloaded the Studio version from the Apple app store, so I don't have a dongle, activation code, or a manual. I do have a dozen projects I started with the free version, but when I open Resolve Studio, there are no projects. Is there an easy way to move my entire project database from the free version to the studio version? Or do I need to move these projects one by one?
