As discussed many times here, Prores as an export format is not available in Windows applications, unless the developer buys a license from Adobe. Edius now does offer that support, but as you've discovered, Resolve doesn't.
Anyway, there are other choices you can use in Resolve/Windows, including Cineform and DNxHR. You can also use Media Manager to trim Prores files, if that's of any use.
