v16b5 [BUG] - Fusion page viewer LUTs defaults in ACES

Fusion page viewer LUTs default to nonsensical setup in ACES project and that default is reset on color management settings change (for example changing ODT) which in turn will break any lut change user has done to fix the problem.

Problems still present in beta 7. Changing ODT in project settings messes up all Fu page viewer luts and defaults to setup that is wrong.

Also, enable/disable buttons in LUT list (accessed though LUT... > Edit... context menu) don't work, pushing the tiny slider on top that should enable-disable a LUT doesn't work, it is always enabled. Was the same in b5.
