16b5 freezed on work with Power Bins

So, I have some Power Bins with CGI folder. When I drag folders from Power Bin to my current project DVR has freeze. Ctrl+Alt+Del helped.

HP Z820, 2xXeon e5-2687w, 64 RAM, 160 Gb Intel SSD, AMD FirePRO W8000. All updated

Can you reproduce the issue and post logs?
