Better granularity for the timeline zoom slider

PostSat Jul 13, 2019 8:03 pm

The one thing I miss from Vegas is the timeline slider that operates much the same as the slider does on the Fusion page. To zoom the timeline, simply go to the end of the timeline slider and drag left.

The timeline zoom slider on the Resolve Edit Page is so small that the granularity is very low.

There is a bunch of unused screen real estate to the right of the slider. I cant help but wonder if the length of the slider were quadrupled if that in itself would provide a finer granularity.

I realize that software changes are not always as simple as they seem, but sometimes they are.

It would be nice if Black Magic would look at the pros and cons of this and perhaps implement it.

Thanks,
