latest R15 has become unstable

PostSun Aug 04, 2019 7:14 pm

I'm working on a project that has become unstable. I can't seem to find a common thing that I'm doing that creates the crash. At first I thought it was putting clips into groups, then I thought maybe it was the "Smart Cache", so I deleted the cache and turned off caching.

But now I'm having difficulty rendering the project as it randomly hangs during the render.

So, what do I need to do to create a report of the crash after I've closed the application and relaunched it?

And any other ideas to investigate?

Thanks,
Bruce

I should add that I'm working with windows 10, and there was an auto update not long ago. After the update I needed to reinstall the DR application to get it working.

Could it be a driver issue? I'm using an Nvidia Titan X GPU card (4 years old). Might I need to change GPU drivers?

Should I try to restore to the older system windows 10? But, that auto update will rear it's ugly head soon enough...
