Motion Blur settings to emulate 24p in a 30p timeline

PostMon Aug 26, 2019 3:01 am

Since I only shoot video of myself I need to use auto focus, and AF works best when recording in 30p or higher on the GH5s. So I was wondering what settings should I use in Resolve's "Motion Blur' to most closely emulate 24p motion blur in the 30p timeline?

225 degrees shutter angle in camera or extend the motion by 1.25x?

Really? Cool, I'll try the 225 degree shutter angle first. Thanks, Rick.

Is there some specific math we can use to figure this out based on timeline and recorded shutter speed?
