Image Stabilization Bug (weird zoom effect)

PostThu Sep 12, 2019 6:03 pm

Hello,
I actually had a similar problem in DaVinci 15 and it came back in the 16. When I'm trying to stabilize a pretty stable clip (some super minor movements) I'm getting this weird effect, any ideas how to fix this:

To me, it seems that you did not stabilse the whole clip. This can occur when you edit a clip after stabilsation, i.e. making the clip longer.
Zooming in needed for stabilsation, in order to move the clip in the frame. The part of the clip that was not stabilised is visible at the start and the end of the footage. Obviously, you changes the out point a few times.
If you change your edit, you have to stabilise again.
