Fusion Title missing Secondary Text: LowerThirdSimpleBoxTwoL

The LowerThirdSimpleBoxTwoLine standard fusion lower 3rd title offers two lines of text. The secondary text does not offer a Text area to enter in the text (or adjust). In the Video it shows it as "professional title" with no means to edit it.

The other two line titles work fine.

ThreeDLowerSlidingBlock also is missing the Text area. Am I doing something wrong? Others styles have it.

I want a two line lower 3rd title that has a background block to it. The two I like.. I cant edit. ugh

You are correct, the text input is missing in my copy of Resolve as well for the LowerTirdSimpleBoxTwoLine. I hope BMD reads this and fixes it, but in the meantime, you can switch to the Fusion tab, double click on the LowerTirdSimpleBoxTwoLine node which will open its group. You can then click on the SecondaryText node and change the text there.

I am still new to Resolve and haven't jumped into the fusion tab yet... this will be my entryway into it.

I also need to figure out how to keep a title on the screen longer. It feels like i should just be able to drag it wider in the edit timeline (ala, Premier) but seems I have to edit in fusion

Your Inspector looks completely different than mine. For me, the two Main/Secondary editing sections are presented as collapsible sections (hence the arrows which indicate the collapse as Open or Close).

Yours is just one common panel for both text areas

I am running 16 latest beta on Windows (as this section is for).

What is your version?

Yes the "Secondary Text" section does not have a text entry area.... that's because it's in the Main Text area.

So I feel this is also a bug, albeit a small one... in that if they give a Secondary Text collapsible area, it should include the actual text entry box.

I just checked with version V15.2 date 2018.11.13 (almost a year): it is true that the text box of the 2nd line was in the section "Secondary Text"

Today it is not in the same place: No explanation
