marker overlay disappear (no matter the version)

This is actually something old, several major version old.
Let's say that i have a marker in the timeline and I type something, a line of text, in the box. Close it and go on with your business. Then, later on, when I hover with the mouse I can see the text and it stays on.

however, if I have more than one line of text, when the little popup come on, it intersect the mouse pointer and immediately disappear.

Than will make the marker impossible to read.

Please find a way to either avoid intersection or to ignore. Either way is fine with me.

this has been addressed in V17 (tested on beta 7) where hovering on a marker with more than 2 lines was impossible to read.

one little thing is still there: let's say that your marker is:

the lines from 4th on, are not visible in the [marker overlay] in the main viewer.
