A DRFX file is just a renamed ZIP file.
So, if you want to access individual files within the bundle:
- Copy that DRFX to some accessible location, eg Documents.
- Rename the copy to change its extension to ZIP.
- Unzip it.
- You now have all the folders and files in the structure you're used to, and can use some as the basis for your own templates if you want.
You could if you wanted remove the Templates.drfx and replace it with the unzipped contents, which would allow editing existing templates in-place. I wouldn't recommend that though - better to leave the DRFX in place and make a new version of whatever template you want under a new name, which you'd put in your specific user folder like you showed in your second screenshot.
