fusion effect stops working

I have a fusion clip and a couple of nodes. Everything works up to a certain point on the timeline: 3m 13s 01ms. After that time, some of the nodes seem to stop working/have no effect.
I have no keyframe, all the nodes are active all the time. I don't know where to look for the cause.

You haven't made it easy to know what the problem is. First thing to do is to post screenshots of entire user interface with relevant information clearly visible. When you crop most of the useful information and only show symptoms, its difficult to diagnose the problem because half the screen is missing. Please post full user interface screenshots of timeline, fusion clip content, meaning open fusion clip in its own timeline, because fusion clips are nested timelines, and open fusion page to see the nodes and what you have connected in what way.

Full UI will be helpful to know what you are doing or not doing on the timeline. To see what is in the fusion clip will be helpful to see if you have multiple clips on differnt tracks and one might be longer lenght than the other, which would explain why rendering is not happening. There is nothing to render. And seeing fusion node tree would help see what you have connected or haven't connected.

Also, what kind of fusion effect is this? Have you made it, someone else, where did you get it? Has it ever worked or worked before or is this first time using it and its not working?

What version of resolve are using? Version number, studio or free version, operating system etc.

The way it works is that there is a picture of the desk and the phone frame. Inside the frame of the phone is screen recording video.

If you look at the fusion screenshot, the problem looks like you would disable the nodes: "desk" and "phone" , even though they are enabled. Both are images.

I'm not sure what "fusion clip in its own timeline" means. If other screenshots are needed then please let me know.

At first glance it looks like a fairly simple composition, but what is usual is the lenght 7465 frames for about an hour long video. Generally you would be working with closer to 400 frames not 7400 frames. So its possible at some point it run out of cache. Since you have static images, try this....

Go to first frame. Select nodes that represent images and press CTRL + U. This will be the same if as if you right click on the nodes and choose Mode: Update (uncheck). This will essentially stop updating those nodes each frame and that should free up the caching buffer. If all goes well and if that indeed is the issue, you should be only playing the recorded video with all the other images only having to be read for one frame and not every frame. Try that. Its something I usually do when I have static images I just need to have in the frame but not animate. If its not working right away, restart resolve just in case but update turned off. You should see a little icon on the nodes, indicating they are not updating.

I think the problem is in the table and phone nodes. You have limited the Global in/out to frame 4826 in a composition of 7465 frames. Also, hold last frame is set to 4826. So your table and phone disappear at frame 4827. Reset these nodes or enable loop.

What I didn't notice was the Global IN/OUT for the “Desk” and “Phone” nodes, they were shorter than the rest.
