So I run Fusion in full screen on my right monitor with a floating viewer window on my monitor. This has worked flawless in Fusion 7.x but with Fusion 8, maximizing the viewer window, it doesn't respect the Windows taskbar, it maximizes fully so the bottom viewer control buttons end up "under" the taskbar.
