Trial for Fusion Studio

PostMon Oct 05, 2015 2:11 am

I am considering buying the Studio version of Fusion, mainly for the optical flow tools. However, I need to test to see if they will be working for my needs or not. I will be using them mainly to smooth hand-drawn animation. I've tested the concept with Nuke using the Kronos node, and it's working pretty well, but I cannot justify the cost of Nuke now.

Fusion is pretty affordable, but if the optical flow tools won't do the job, there would be no need for me to buy the Studio version, since the Free version is more than sufficient for me. What can I do to try the Studio version before deciding whether to buy it or not???
System specs:
Resolve Studio version: 16.1.0.055
Fusion Studio version: 9.0.2
OS: CentOS 7
CPU: Intel i7-4790k 4GHz Quad-Core
RAM: 32GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 1080 Ti 11GB

Find someone with Studio to run the test for you?

Note that Oflow in version 7 is very unstable.
