Gridwarp and morphing

PostFri Oct 09, 2015 10:35 am

Hi there,

A bit confused about how to use the gridwarp tool to morph one shot into the next. Can someone point me to a tutorial or at least give a hint on how do it?

TIA

Short version: you can't.
The gridwarp tool is meant to warp the image you're working on, not to change it into something else.
You could try to work something out with two images, two gridwarps and a dissolve between the two, but it would be quite a lot of work to set up. Not impossible, but a lot of work.

If you're a Fusion Studio user you could use the Krokodove tools to morph your images, but in regular Fusion you'll have to make some workarounds.
