How do I track an object in Fusion 8?

Hi, I just moved from Hitfilm 3 Pro, so if this is a stupid question, just know that I'm a total noob at this stuff. Anyway, for my actual question: How do I use the trackers in Fusion 8?

Sorry, Only just seen your question. Pop over to tale3tell and watch Andrew Devices tutorials for Fusion. They are excellent for anyone starting out in Fusion . He has one tutorial about tracking eyes to do a colour replacement, that should get you going.

Hi, I'm using a video on a image plane (greenscreen) and I want another imageplane to follow a tracking from the first image plane...

How do I get a tracker from 2D into 3d ?

can you show us the shot? That would make it much easier to help you.
Maybe you don't even need to have an imageplane to achieve what you want.
Is there a reason you're in 3D space with this image?

it is a christmas card shot. elements in background, and foreground, and we have a santa that is dragging in all the elemets for different places, and in the end forming the picture. And we are doing it in 3D space, because of parallax and camera and particles as snow ....

Assuming the image planes are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the camera, the ratio between the distances of the planes to the camera is the XY scaling factors between the track and the 3D.
